GreaterGood.org PPE Mask Donation

We were so grateful to have the additional masks donated to us by GreaterGood.org for our daily volunteers to use in interacting with our cats to ensure everyone's safety! Since we are an all-volunteer organization, we fully rely on donations from the community and grants from amazing organizations like GreaterGood.org for maintaining clean, sanitary, safe, and enriching environments for the cats in our care until they find their forever homes. We often pull cats into our rescue that are in need in one way or another - fearful and needing more socialization, behavior challenges, needing to be fostered to decompress to see who they really are, medical or behavioral needs, etc. Having masks on hand for our volunteers to use means that they have one less thing to worry about when they come to volunteer, and can instead focus on continuing to give the best possible care to our cats. With several of our volunteers considered more at-risk for contracting COVID-19, having an additional safety precaution available (though our volunteers don't have to share a shift with any other people) happily allowed those volunteers to continue coming for their rotations without worrying about their personal health while supporting our rescue.
